How to try itHow to install and play GrandTheftMinecraft (Minecraft creative in GTA V) · about 15 minutes
Unlike most Minecraft-in-GTA mods, GrandTheftMinecraft doesn’t run Minecraft alongside the game. It’s a single ScriptHookV script (C++) plus a DLC pack for GTA V Legacy that recreates Minecraft’s creative mode inside GTA. On first launch it builds the HUD, font, sounds and block textures from your own Minecraft Java 1.21.11, or downloads the official files from Mojang and checks their hashes. Blocks within range become frozen GTA objects, so GTA lights, shadows and collides with them. Arrows and ender pearls use Minecraft’s physics numbers, and an arrow that hits a person becomes a GTA bullet.
You get the creative inventory with its ten tabs, tools in every tier, TNT, flint and steel, bows, elytra with fireworks, and creative flight. Zombies, skeletons, creepers and endermen are GTA peds wearing Minecraft bodies, and they fight pedestrians and draw police fire. Built from soul sand and skulls, the Wither rains exploding skulls on the city. F6 toggles Minecraft mode.
